Environmental protection activities by employees and users

We established Katsunuma EC Navi Forest in Koshu City, Yamanashi, in 2008 as a part of our environmental protection activities. We called on EC Navi users to participate in forest maintenance activities. They joined our own employees in activities across a 100-hectare area of the forest.

Environmental management

We are preparing to acquire the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification with the aim of continuing to improve our work to minimize or prevent environmental impacts and risks from our corporate activities and services.

CCI was certified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as an “Eruboshi” company at the highest level, recognized as an excellent company in light of the Act on the Promotion of Female Participation and Career Advancement in the Workplace.

Social contribution activities

Furusatohonpo supports business operators suffering from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, such as declining sales, by paying a Hometown Tax.In addition, EC Navi supports disaster reconstruction and disaster training/education through the Smile Project.

Support for job-hunting students

Supporterz held the Geek SAI tech conference online for students as future engineers. This event attracted 4,000 students

Participation in the Chiho Sosei SDGs Kan-min-renkei Platform (public-private platform for pursuing regional revitalization and SDGs)

We are helping to build a sustainable society by proactively supporting corporate marketing activities and value creation, leading to regional revitalization through public-private collaboration.


Corporate governance

We position corporate governance as a key component of our ongoing business expansion. While approaching corporate activities in compliance with laws, regulations, social norms, and ethics, we appointed a new external director in January 2020, giving us two external directors in total, to enhance the supervisory function of the Board of Directors and improve its transparency and fairness.

Internal control system

We are developing an internal control system to help drive sustainable growth for the overall Group. We have established a framework for operating and monitoring the internal control system. We seek to maintain high business quality and improve quality further by responding flexibly to rapid changes in the operating environment.

Information security management

We are preparing to acquire ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Certification, aiming to ensure an appropriate response to information security risks and to improve business continuity and operating efficiency in connection with information security.
