Founded axiv.com (later VOYAGE GROUP) with a friend in 1999, after previously working at a consultancy firm. He was responsible for the conclusion of a capital alliance with CyberAgent in 2001, and was appointed director of CyberAgent in 2005. Director CFO Hidenori Nagaoka

Joined axiv.com (later VOYAGE GROUP) in 2000 after working at a management consultancy firm. As Director CFO, he has been responsible for overall capital policy, having been involved in the capital alliance with CyberAgent in 2001, the MBO from CyberAgent in 2012, the listing on TSE Mothers, and the subsequent move to TSE First Section. Appointed Director CFO of CARTA HOLDINGS in 2019.
Director CSO Rika Kajiwara

Joined Cyber Communications (currently CARTA COMMUNICATIONS) and engaged in various duties including advertising planning and sales, data management, and public relations. After the integration of CARTA HOLDINGS, she led key initiatives as the Head of Culture and Branding, and was appointed Executive Officer and Head of the Group Communication Division in 2023. As Chairperson of the Sustainability Committee, she actively contributed to promoting sustainable management. Appointed Director and CSO (Chief Sustainability Officer) of CARTA HOLDINGS in 2025.

Director (non full-time/external) Makiko Ishiwatari

At affiliates of foreign-owned financial institutions (including UBS Securities, Hartford Financial Services Group, Fidelity Investments) she was engaged in planning for marketing, and establishing new businesses and local Japanese subsidiaries. In 2009 she co-founded B4F, which operates an employee discounts site, becoming Chief Sales Officer, and was appointed CFO of Farfetch Japan in 2015. In 2021 she relocated to Silicon Valley to provide natural leadership coaching.
Director (non full-time/external) Takashi Watanabe

Joined the Pasona Group in 1989. In 1993 he set up Pasona Career as part of an internal startup, and expanded such businesses as reemployment support, permanent placements, and advisory and consulting services. In 2018 he was appointed Executive Vice President of the Pasona Group. He has made consistent contributions to improving performance in such areas as human resources development, revitalization of the organization, management training, and enhancing engagement. Joined Dentsu in 1991. After working in the Magazine Division and Account Management Division, he
became Managing Director of the Business Produce Division in 2019, and Executive Officer in 2022. Director

Association.
Supervisory Board Member (external) Yoshinari Noguchi

Joined Oracle Japan in 1996. After being appointed General Manager of the Audit Department and Head of
the Supervisory Board Secretariat in 2010, and subsequently as the Lead Auditor in the Global Audit
Department for the Headquarters of the Company in the US in 2013, he became Full-time Supervisory Board
Member of VOYAGE GROUP (now CARTA HOLDINGS) in 2014. Supervisory Board Member of PC DEPOT

Supervisory Board Member (non full-time) Hideo Hatano

Joined General Sekiyu in 1994. Subsequently worked for Exxon Mobil, TonenGeneral Sekiyu (now ENEOS),
Amazon Japan, and Nissan Motor, mostly in the areas of internal control and internal audit. Joined the Dentsu
Group in 2022, and became Executive Officer in charge of internal audit at dentsu Japan in 2023.
Supervisory Board Member (non full-time/external) Shizuka Sawada

After working at Asahi Audit Corp. (now KPMG AZSA LLC), she established Sawada Shizuka Certified Public Accountant Office in 2004 and assumed the position of Director.
