Shareholder benefit program
The Company has introduced a shareholder benefit program in order to express our gratitude to the shareholders who support us on a daily basis, enable more of them to actually use the services provided by the Group, and to deepen their understanding of our businesses, as well as raise the appeal of our shares and increase the number of shareholders holding our shares over a medium to long term.

Eligible shareholders
Eligible shareholders are those who own at least one unit (100 shares) as stated or recorded in the shareholder register as of the end of the first half of each fiscal year (June 30) and as of the end of each fiscal year (December 31).

Shareholders who have owned the shares continuously for less than three years | “DIGICO” code equivalent in value to ¥1,000 per issuance (issued twice a year to each shareholder) |

*“Shareholders who have owned the shares continuously for three years or more” means shareholders who have owned at least one unit (100 shares) under the same shareholder number and who have been stated or recorded in the shareholder register as of June 30 and as of December 31 without interruption at least 7 times.
Recipients are awarded a gift code that can be used at the “DIGICO” digital gift service provided by the Company’s consolidated subsidiary, DIGITALIO, Inc. (DIGITALIO).This gift code can be converted via “DIGICO” to PayPay Bonus, Amazon Gift Cards, Apple Gift Cards, Google Play gift codes, and other digital gifts. They can also be exchanged into PeX Point Gifts on the Pex point exchange service operated by DIGITALIO, which can then be exchanged for T Points, LINE Points, JAL miles, and multiple other services, as well as for cash.
